A Lot of Art – 2022
On June 25th, 2022 I took part in a fun show called ‘A Lot of Art’. Six ARCAC member artists set up our displays in the parking lot of ArtsPlace. Because of my photosensitivity I can’t be in the sun so I set up under a big shady tree and sat in the back of my Subaru with the hatch sheltering me and wore a wide-brimmed hat. It was fun, but not very well attended unfortunately.

Solo Exhibition – Artsplace 2023
On now from March 1st to 25th is my first solo exhibition entitled “Tonalism: Alive & Well in Nova Scotia” On display now in the Mym Gallery at ARCAC Artsplace, on St. George St., Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia it features 22 of my most recent works.

40th Anniversary Members Exhibition 2022
ARCAC’s 40th Anniversary Members Exhibition took place from November 12th to December 17th in Annapolis Royal. I was thrilled to have both of my submitted paintings accepted. Then even more thrilled when both of them sold!

Paint the Town 2022
On August 13th and 14th this year I was thrilled to take part in the 27th annual ‘Paint the Town’ Festival in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia where I live. Forty-nine artists from all over Nova Scotia converged on the town to take part in this plein air inspired event. Some worked from their home studios (myself included). We all chose various vantage points throughout the community and surrounding countryside to produce at least one work each day of the 2-day event. The works were then delivered to ArtsPlace Gallery to be included in an online auction which will take place September 24th to October 8th. “Paint the Town” celebrates the…
